This was a fun experience. I love the idea around the health regeneration mechanic. I had a good time and got to smash about 33 of them before those suckers took me out!
That Mallet animation is really slow. i would like it if the impact would have effected the area around the duck, that would have Justified the SLOW animation with that rewarding damage to the swarming enemies.
I really like the animation for the mallet and how hectic it is trying to fish with 5 enemies coming at you. I did find it a bit confusing that the portals for the enemies had fire looking colors and I think it could be more clear that you don't have a fish at the start. I'd also make a more natural border around the play area, such as rocks.

GoodI can't eat the fish I caught now! Haha. A jolly romp, rave, and riot all rolled into one. Very iconic characters and gameplay. Good fun.
Fun to play. Just a bug is I dont need fish to eat something.
